North East Middle High School
Emory Builders is awared 6A package for North East Middle High School.
North East Middle school is located at 200 E Cecil Ave, North East, MD. North East High School is located at 300 Irishtown Rd, North East, MD 21901. The proposed project is for the co-locating of the two schools into one building to be located on land adjacent to the existing high school that was recently acquired by Cecil County Public Schools and incorporated into the high school property. The new school will be constructed on the western portion of the site, south of Irishtown Road.
St Paul School for Girls- Building Expansion, Timonium MD
Emory Builders is awared 9A package for St Paul School for Girls- Building Expansion. The project includes approximately 14,000 sf of existing building renovation and 11,000 sf of interior courtyard infill and building expansion. This project will be phased with a portion of the interior renovation beginning in March 2024. The remaining portions of the project will begin in May of 2024 with a completion in Summer 2025.
Ruxton Tower Apartments, Towson MD
Exterior face uplift project-metal framing, EIFS, Composite Wood, Hardie Panels.
Shop Rite, Belair
Exterior and interior renovation for Shop Rite in Belair. Work includes metal stud framing, EIFS, ACT, Drywall.
Baltimore County Medical Facility
Emory Builders has worked on Baltimore County Medical Facility-a two story building. Upper level with living suites and lower level with community space. Project was completed on Spring of 2024.
New Baltimore City District Court
Emory Builders is awarded 9A package for New Baltimore City District Court. Our work includes Cold Form Metal Framing, Sheathing, Drywall, Insulation, Acoustical Ceiling, Acoustical Wall and Ceiling panels, Wood Acoustic Panels etc.
Maryland School for the Blinds-Cottages
Emory Builders is awared 9A pacakge for Maryland School for the Blinds-Cottages. Our work includes Cold Form Metal Framing, Cold Formed Roof Trusses, Sheathing, Drywall, Insulation, Acoustical Ceiling, Acoustical Wall and Ceiling panels, Acoustic Panels etc.
Northwood Shopping Center
Emory Builders completed Northwood shopping plaza which included 4 Retail buildings, One Bank and a Grocery Store. Our scope of work included Cold Formed Metal Stud Framing, Sheathing, Drywall, EIFS, Insulation etc.
New Lansdowne High School - Replacement School
Emory Builders won 9A package contract as a Prime Contractor for New Lansdowne High School Replacement School. Our work includes Cold Form Metal Framing, Sheathing, Air Barrier, Applied Fireproofing, Drywall, Insulation, Acoustical Ceiling, Acoustical Wall and Ceiling panels, Wood Acoustic Panels etc.
Berkshire Elementary School
Emory Builders sucessufully completed 9A prime package for New Replacement School-Berkshire Elementary School for Baltimore County Public School. Our scope of work included Cold Formed Metal Framing, Sheathing, Drywall, Insulation, Acoustical Ceiling System, Baffle Metal Ceilings, Various type of room Acoustics. This project would not be possible without our hard working dedicated team.
Morgan State University Public Safety Building
Emory Builders recently completed a 3 story Morgan State University Public Safety Building with Commercial Construction Group LLC. Our scope of work included Cold Formed Metal Framing, Sheathing, Insulation, Rainscreen Cladding with Terracotta Panels, Drywall, ACT, Doors, Frames and Hardware.
Reisterstown Road Plaza Mall
Emory Builders is working with Chesapeake Contracting Company on redevelopment of RR Plaza mall. This project is set to complete by end of June 2017. Our scope consists of Metal Stud Framing, Sheathing, EIFS, Rough Carpentry and Interior Shell Building work for future tenants.
Morning Star Baptist Church
New sanctuary for Morning Star Baptist Church is currently under construction. This approx. 50,000 SF building will be new home for MSBC for worship, recreation, education, fellowship and office spaces. This project has unique curve atrium at the front of the building, which is the challenging part of the building to construct.
Emory Builders is working with Commercial Construction Group, LLC and it is expected to be completed by November, 2017.
Swadesh Grocery Store
Emory Builders completed interior fitout for Swadesh Grocery Store in newly expanded 6000 SF store. Mount Everest worked as a General contractor for this project. Project consitst of new Walk-in cooler and Freezers, Reach in Freezers, Reach in Coolers installation, Framing, Drywall, Paint, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Concrete work etc. Our self performed work includes all framing and finish package, Cooler package install.
